Instructions for uploading Masters onto the
Pressing Media FTP:
There are instructions for the most common types of masters below:
I) Audio CD
I a) as a DDP
1) Rename the folder containing DDP files to match the Order # submitted
(i.e. DDP 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
2) Recognize and confirm if the Audio master has CD text enabled, the CDTEXT.BIN file must be present in the folder.
3) Zip the folder and verify that the zip file is not corrupted.
4) Upload the zip file at the following link: https://pressing-media.com/resources/artwork-upload.php
I b) Audio CD WAV files for Audio Master Creation (Cost $45.00 + tax)REQUIRES a completed audio master creation form How to complete the form:
1) Download the form from the internet: https://www.pressing-media.com/forms/PressingMedia_AudioMasterCreationForm.pdf
2) Open in Preview(mac) or Acrobat (PC)
3) “Save As” :
PressingMedia_AudioMasterCreationForm 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number
4) Fill in all the relevant fields 5) Print a copy and sign the bottom and Fax to 1-800-511-8171 or Scan/Email to your sales rep.
6) Email the PDF version to your sales rep for smooth data entry of the CDtext and Metadata.
HOW TO SUPPLY THE WAV MASTER FILES
1) Ensure the WAV Files are:
Sample Rate: 44.1 khz
Sample Size: 16 bit
Channels: Stereo
and RENAME THEM with final track position and titles (i.e “1 Title 1″ , “2 Title 2″… etc)
2) Place all the WAV files in a folder on your desktop
3) Rename the folder containing WAV files to match the Order # submitted
(i.e. WAV MASTER 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
4) Zip the folder and verify that the zip file is not corrupted.
5) Upload the zip file at the following link: https://pressing-media.com/resources/artwork-upload.php
II) CD-ROM
ROM files can be transferred as DDP or an ISO file. The procedure is as follows:
1) Rename the folder containing ISO files to match the Order # submitted
(i.e. ISO 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
2) Zip the folder and verify that the zip file is not corrupted.
3) Upload the zip file at the following link: https://pressing-media.com/resources/artwork-upload.php
III) For DVD-5/DVD-ROM
1) Rename the Parent folder containing DDP or ISO file to match the Order # submitted
(i.e. DDP 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
2) Zip the folder and verify that the zip file is not corrupted.
3) Upload the zip file at the following link: https://pressing-media.com/resources/artwork-upload.php
IV) For DVD-9
DVD-9 has two different layers so there should be two separate folders for DDP files called
Layer-0 and Layer-1 under the parent folder
1) Rename the Parent folder containing DDP files to match the Order # submitted
(i.e. DDP 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
2) Zip the folder and verify that the zip file is not corrupted.
3) Upload the zip file at the following link: https://pressing-media.com/resources/artwork-upload.php
V) For USB
1) Rename the Parent folder containing content files to match the Order # submitted
(i.e. USB Content 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
2) Zip the folder and verify that the zip file is not corrupted.

VI) For BluRay Replication BD25 BD50:
ASPERA INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING YOUR ISO OR DDP MASTER FILES
To upload to Pressing Media Aspera server
1) open an internet browser and enter this URL: 12.31.237.2/aspera/user
Username: PressingMedia (Case sensitive)
Password: 160172
2) *** The first time you connect from a browser you are prompted to download and install Aspera’s Connect Server software AND to add its plug-in to your browser. These steps install all necessary components to speed up your transfers. ***
Rename the Parent folder containing DDP files to match the Order # submitted (i.e. DDP 101111 <== where the number matches the quote/order number).
Important: All uploaded files must be in DDP format! DO NOT ZIP your files! Your content goes directly to the glass master exactly as you prepared it in the DDP. In other words “as is”.
