Supplying Your Assets to Streamline Your Job Through Production:

 

  1. CD AUDIO CREATION – Audio Creation is having our mastering department take your press-ready audio CD WAV masters in 16bit 44.1 kHz, CD text, ISRC codes, metadata and outputting a final DDP Master with MD5 Checksum + PQ sheet (PDF) for your approval prior to production.   2. IPR FORM – Intellectual Property Rights Form is required as a confirmation that you are the owner of the entire contents to be manufactured, or if you are not the owner of the entire contents then supporting licensing agreements, documents will be supplied and you are giving us your authorization to manufacture in compliance with IRMA anti-piracy standards. IPR forms are available online when you place your order, or you can download them here: “Intellectual Property Rights Form”
  3. TEMPLATES – Design templates are critical to artwork being provided in ready to print formats and show allowances for cut/bleed areas and text safety margins where they apply. Templates are available for download online under each product once you create an account. Please email us or call today if you require a custom template or don’t see the one you’re looking for. We have thousands in our archives.
  4. HOW TO SUPPLY ARTWORK FOR CD, DVD, BLURAY, UHD, VINYL RECORDS, PAPER PRINT – You must download the template and import it into your design program first. Then place the artwork files on top in separate layers. PDF, EPS, PSD or .AI files are accepted. High Resolution layered PDF’s are preferred. All fonts outlined (Min 6pt). No rasterized text unless intended. All images embedded. 300 DPI minimum. Artwork must be supplied ready to print with no need for modifications required.

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

USB / PROMOTIONAL – 0.20mm minimum line size to offer print warranty (Anything less than this will fill in the fine details)

APPAREL SCREENPRINTING – Must supply vector art with specific pantone colors listed for each layer. Download Pantone Matching System Color Chart here: “Pantone Color Matching System”

APPAREL EMBROIDERY – Must supply vector art to be submitted for digitization and final thread counts. Specific pantone colors required so that the closest thread color can be matched.

APPAREL DIRECT TO GARMENT – Must supply final art in vector or images at minimum 300 dots per inch resolution at print size.

ARTWORK UPLOAD – You will be prompted to download the template and upload the artwork during the online ordering process by naming your artwork with the title of your project and uploading it to our server.  If you already have your order number confirmed by customer service, you can also create a folder on your desktop, name it your six digit order number and you can upload it below.
  2. HOW TO SUPPLY CONTENT MASTERS – Never send your originals. Masters are considered to be received ready to manufacture. We expect clients to test and check the accuracy of their content in all compatible devices to ensure playability. This will ensure your finished product will be an exact match of the content you supply to us. DDP Masters must be uploaded to us in one folder named the title of your project or your 6 digit order# number confirmed by customer service. If you prefer to supply a physical master or hard drive via courier or postal service, you must provide tracking. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR MASTERS VIA COURIER UNTIL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONFIRMS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO INCLUDE ON THE PACKAGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ARTWORK AND MASTER CONTENT MUST BE UPLOADED SEPERATELY. Do not include any extraneous files in your uploads. Masters & Artwork are received ready for manufacturing & print. If you do not have experience and need assistance in providing your artwork or content assets, we are happy to assist you with any design, mastering or authoring required.

CD AUDIO CREATION – You will be prompted to upload 16 bit, 44.1 kHz WAV files in the online ordering process by naming your supplied WAV files with the title of your project and uploading it to our server. Or if you already have your order number confirmed by customer service, create a folder on your desktop, name it your six digit order number and you can upload it below.

CD / CD-R – You will be prompted to upload DDP or ship via courier a Physical Master when ordering CD replication or duplication online. If DDP is selected, you are required to upload 16 bit, 44.1 kHz Audio CD as DDP Files with MD5 Checksum of your final master ready for manufacturing with CD text, ISRC codes, Metadata already embedded to our server. Or you may choose to ship via courier a physical CDR master plus back-up copy burned at the slowest speed possible on mastering grade CD-R media. For physical masters, the factory address will be supplied by customer service if selected. Or if you already have your order number confirmed by customer service, create a folder on your desktop, name it your six digit order number and you can upload it below.

DVD / DVD-R – You will be prompted to upload DDP or ship via courier a Physical Master when ordering DVD replication or duplication online. If DDP is selected, you are required to upload broadcast quality DVD content as DDP Files with MD5 Checksum of your final master ready for manufacturing to our server. Or you may choose to ship via courier a physical master plus back-up copy burned at the slowest speed possible on mastering grade DVD-R media. For physical masters the factory address will supplied by customer service if selected. If you already have your order number confirmed by customer service, create a folder on your desktop, name it your six digit order number and you can upload it below.

BLU-RAY / FTMBD – DO NOT UPLOAD TO OUR SERVER HERE! You will be prompted to upload a BDCMF Image to a separate dedicated server or ship via courier a Physical Hard drive when ordering BLU-RAY replication online. If BDCMF Image is selected, you are required to upload broadcast quality HD Video content as BDCMF Image with MD5 Checksum of your final master ready for manufacturing. Instructions will be supplied by customer service in your welcome email for our dedicated ASPERA Server that goes directly to our glass mastering department. OR you may choose to courier a physical HARD DRIVE of the masters. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR MASTERS VIA COURIER UNTIL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONFIRMS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO INCLUDE ON THE PACKAGE.

BD-R DUPLICATION – DO NOT UPLOAD TO OUR SERVER HERE! You will be prompted to upload a BDMV Folder or ISO Image to a separate dedicated server or ship a BD-R via courier or a Physical Hard drive when ordering BLU-RAY duplication online. If BDMV Folder or ISO Image is selected, you are required to upload broadcast quality HD Video content as BDMV Folder or ISO Image  with MD5 Checksum of your final master ready for manufacturing. Instructions will be supplied by customer service in your welcome email for our dedicated ASPERA Server that goes directly to our glass mastering department. OR you may choose to courier a physical BD-R or  HARD DRIVE of the master. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR MASTERS VIA COURIER UNTIL CUSTOMER SERVICE CONFIRMS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO INCLUDE ON THE PACKAGE.

VINYL RECORDS – You will be prompted to upload your 24bit,192kHz (Side A and Side B) Vinyl Master Wav files in final form ready to press with no need for modification. These 2 wav files must be supplied by a professional Vinyl Mastering Engineer with the all necessary pre-gaps and songs in final form for test pressings. Premastering for Vinyl Recordings Form must be filled out and signed off on by your engineer only. USB – You will be prompted to upload your USB content when ordering USB manufacturing online. If you already have your order number confirmed by customer service, create a folder on your desktop, name it your six digit order number and you can upload it below.

  1. FREE UPC / BARCODE

Sign up today to receive a free Barcode / UPC to add to your design files for your project BEFORE you upload the artwork to us. Barcode should be placed on a white background minimum of 1.625” x 0.625” inches for scanning purposes. Or you can email or call us now and we will send you a 300 DPI Barcode PNG File for placement on your design in advance.
