Digital Transfer or Heat Transfer used for full color CMYK images are cut & heat pressed onto the material. Vinyl printing is a similar process of heat transfer for names & numbers for sports jerseys or uniforms. DTG or Direct to Garment is a full color photorealistic dye sublimation process infusing the ink into the fabric. Embroidery requires digitization of the logo into a DST file showing the thread patterns, counts & colors on patches or sewn directly onto the  garments.
