Our custom printed mugs have a shiny glaze porcelain like finish on the inside and out with a standard C-handle. Whether you prefer tea or coffee, our white ceramic mugs have 11oz volume when full.
The classic white mug dimensions are 4-13/16 wide x 3-3/4 in height x 3-1/4 diameter and our mugs are made from 100% Ironstone Ceramic materials.
One Sided, 1 color imprint dimension are 2-5/8″ wide x 2-3/4 in height.

Once your proof is approved, production times begin. PDF proofs take 24-48hrs from receipt of artwork. All turn times are based on standard business days, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.
Artwork must be uploaded in 100% black regardless of the imprint color you have chosen.
Custom Spot Pantone Colors are available upon request. The artwork file types accepted are .ai, .pdf, or .eps including 100% Vector artwork.
Vector based artwork is required to allow for the highest quality printing at any size. Whether it’s increased or decreased in size it remains the exact same resolution quality.
