What is UHD 4K Authoring?
UHD 4K authoring is the process of creating a UHD 4K video capable of playing on a UHD 4K player. UHD 4K authoring software must conform to the specifications set by the UHD 4K Forum.
Authoring is the second step in the process of producing finished UHD 4Ks. The first step is the creation of the movie (or programme) and the second, the authoring, is the creation of artwork, user menus (Static or motion), insertion of chapter points, Audio versions (ATMOS, Dolby Vison) overdubs/commentaries, languages, subtitles, setting auto play and/or repeat options, etc. And final UHDCMF Master Output for the final replication process to mass-produce finished UHD 4Ks. This will be uploaded to our Aspera Fibre Optics Server.

VIEWING YOUR UHD MASTER IMAGE
We recommend that TV monitor and audio systems must be Dolby Vision and Atmos capable. The image file can be played back from hard drive on certain hardware players such as the OPPO 203 and Panasonic UB820. Please let us know if you need instructions on how to use these players.
The Cyberlink PowerDVD 22 Ultra software player can also be used on a Windows PC with 4K graphics capabilities. Note that the Cyberlink is not Dolby Vision or Atmos enabled, so you will get a degraded experience using this method.
