All of Pressing Media's locations have integrated, comprehensive security programs to safeguard your merchandise at every stage, but most importantly in shipping before it leaves our facility. The highest level of security for your valuable intellectual property is protected by our surveillance and alarm devices with enhancements for restricted areas. Access control procedures, including sign in/out logs and ID badges are required. Physical security measures for products including secure caged areas, cabinets, masters and media storage are managed under the strictest guidelines. Special inventory control and auditing procedures are expected and upheld as a certified Microsoft Partner.


Our processes before shipping include an inspection and completed check list for each and every project. Strict quality assurance standards are guaranteed as we review specifications and signoff processes. Quality checks throughout kitting and final assembly are enforced. Regular quality control meetings are maintained on contract orders and larger projects. This sustains flawless processes for all orders regardless of quantity or priority.


Services Fulfillment


To minimize damage in transport, inner and master cartons are used. Custom or standard boxes are available for all orders. Blind shipping and multi drop ships are our specialty.
Pressing Media's shipping department keeps up to date postal rules and regulations for USPS and Canada Post. We offer presorting, direct mail processing, USPS-certified CASS address correction software filtering, custom package solutions to ensure safe delivery of product and mailing lists handling for all your fulfillment requirements.

Fulfillment capabilities and services include product localization, distribution, warehousing and reverse logistics (Returns & RMA's).


The shipping department will prepare each shipment with the greatest care; apply shipping labels, packing slips, process way bills and send tracking information for every order.

If you notice any damages to the boxes when they arrive, refuse the delivery and most importantly DO NOT SIGN FOR THEM. Pressing Media is not responsible for any damage that may occur to products after they leave our facility and, thus, such damage will not qualify as manufacturing defects.
